''I’ve struggled with food, body image and my relationship with exercise for the past 14 years and convinced myself there was no other way of thinking. Within 6 months of working with Steph, I’ve unlearnt all of my unhealthy patterns that were deeply embedded in me. I’ve learnt that results don’t happen overnight and require slow, steady and consistent progress everyday. I’ve learnt that I can love my body and speak to myself positively everyday, even if I’m working to a fitness goal.
