You are not alone on this journey. As part of this program you will be automatically enrolled into the TWS Group Coaching Community.
Have the opportunity to chat to others about progress, meal ideas, personal bests and cheer each other on.
Headed up by Steph the groups sole purpose is to fuel that motivation.
