TWSÂ 12 WEEK GROUP COACHING
Alongside a set training plan, work through video lessons to set your goals, calculate your macros, build sustainable heathy habits and track your progress. Be part of a wider community with recipe drops and live Pilates classes weekly, and Steph's advice whenever you may need it.

TWSÂ 1-1 COACHING
After an in depth consultation call, work closely with Steph after receiving your personalised training and nutrition plan. Be held accountable to weekly check ins, and look forward to receiving weekly video feedback on your journey. Steph will be contactable at any time.
MEET STEPHÂ
Steph is a fully qualified Online Coach, L3 Personal Trainer and L4 Nutrition Coach (AfN certified and RSPH accredited) based in London.
At 34 years old, she has tried a lot over the years when its come to training and nutrition but now with a solid foundation of education and experience behind her, Steph is here to coach you through your performance, physique or restorative fitness journey.Â
Whether its 1-1 continuous coaching or the 12 Week Group Coaching program, the TWS method aims to get you feeling the best version of yourself.
